Introduction

This Privacy Policy informs you about the type of personal data that is collected and received through my website https://nodata.me/ (“my website”), my software products (“my apps”), my support service, and about how i use, share, retain and protect such personal data.

What does this Privacy Policy cover and not

This Privacy Policy covers treatment of personally identifiable information that collects when you are use my apps, website or customer support.
This Privacy Policy does not cover to third party and any other websites, services, content or applications that you may access or interact with when using my apps, websites or customer support.

What data do not collect

I do not collect nor do i have access to the information you enter into my apps. Apps data is only stored on your computer. It means i cannot provide you with a backup copy of your data either. Always make regular backups, for instance by using Time Machine. If you choose to use reflect to calendar app, some of the data is stored in your own iCloud account, it's on Apple's servers which might be in the United States. Read here more about how Apple is handling your data: https://support.apple.com/HT202303. If you don't want your data to be saved on Apple's servers, disable reflect to calender app.

What data do collect (Collect process)

• App usage data
  macOS apps share anonymous usage data, if you have enabled the 'Share with App Developers' option in the Privacy settings of your Apple device, using App Store built-in mechanism.

• Support data
  For the purpose of providing support of my website and my apps i collect and store your email address as well as any additional information that is included in support requests. As a means to properly deal with incoming support requests, I may need to use the submitted information to contact you in order to request further information, if necessary.
• Purchase data
  When you decide to purchase my apps, your payment provider(Apple) will request the information necessary to complete the purchase, but I will only receive the purchase results. I do not have access to your payment details.

What do i use your information for

I may use your information from my apps and websites to improve my apps and websites. Your name and email address provided when contacting support may be used to respond. I will not send you marketing or any other unsolicited email. I will also not share it with anyone. I will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

What data do i share

I do not sell, trade, or transfer to third parties any of your personally identifiable information obtained in the process described above.

How i protect personal data

I value your trust in providing me your Personal Information, thus i are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and i cannot guarantee its absolute security. Also apps make use of third party services like iCloud and so on. I'm not directly related those services and their public API's.

How long i retain personal data

I retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which i collect or receive the personal data, except if required otherwise by applicable law. Typically, I retain most personal data until I stop developing or supporting the app, unless longer statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

1. The right to obtain, at reasonable intervals and free of charge, information on whether or not your personal data are being processed and to receive the personal data that is being processed in an intelligible form.

Please note that i have no access to your data on your devices or in your iCloud account.
